Former corporate trainer, 12-year sports journalist, current SEO expert, Steve focuses on educating all clients on the art and science of achieving high rankings on the Internet’s highest traffic search engines. And it doesn’t stop there – no
“one-and-done” successes. Neither Steve nor his team settle when clients are ranked number 50 or number 10. “There’s always room for improvement.” And that’s straight from the big fish himself.

Vice President and longtime business partner, Leigh Drake manages business operations and accounting for Purple Trout and provides web development, graphic and technical support for client websites and blogs. With 8 years as an on-site and international consultant, developer, "Tech Wizard" and strategic planner for nonprofits and small businesses that honed her marketing-on-a-budget skill set, as well as 25 years as an experienced administrator, she is all about the details in helping Purple Trout clients succeed in their search endeavors.
A multilingual world traveler, with a degree in International Relations from The College of William & Mary, Leigh is a self-taught techie, both curious and passionate about communications and effective storytelling in global business endeavors, advocating that even a little biz can compete effectively in big ponds.
