We are Purple Trout LLC, a search engine consulting firm located in Newport, Kentucky with local, national and international clients.
As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking to add professional, ethical, well-organized and eager-to-learn individuals to our team.
Currently, we have openings for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Trainees who will learn and implement new advances and strategies in the areas of:
- Search Engine Optimization - keyword research, link building, Google Maps, etc.
- Search Engine Marketing - online advertising strategies, chart reporting, implementation, etc.
- Social Media Optimization - YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, etc.
You should:
- Be able to demonstrate organizational skills with a proven track record of project success or a documented portfolio of work (example: white papers, reports, charts, graphs, sales goals met, project managed, etc.)
- Be eager to learn and implement new strategies on behalf of our clients.
- Have Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills (Charting would be a plus).
- Have the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Be "hands-on" and do what it takes to get the job completed on time.
- Have spelling and writing skills (accuracy and consistency is a must)
- Work well as a team member.
You should not:
- Be a clock-watcher.
- Worry about the organizational chart.
- Spend your entire day reading Twitter or Facebook.
- Be a self-proclaimed social media guru or an expert.
This is a full-time position with room to grow (we promote from within). Paid parking. Good working environment. Benefits begin at 90 days with paid vacation, holiday pay, health reimbursement.
